2.2. Non-Returnable Items
Considering the nature of home decor and furnishings, the following items are non-returnable unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival:

2.3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Return Authorization: If your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions, including the return shipping address. Please note that returns without an RA number will not be accepted.

Packaging: Carefully package the product(s) in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit. Ensure that all original parts and accessories are included.

Shipping: Ship the product(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. We recommend using a carrier that provides shipping insurance. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product received.

Return Confirmation: Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will send you a confirmation email.
2.4. Refunds

Refund Processing: Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.

Restocking Fees: Axelsonali may charge a restocking fee of up to 15% for returned items that are not defective or damaged and are not the result of our error. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
2.5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different product, you must return the original item for a refund and then place a new order for the desired item.
2.6. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will cover the cost of return shipping and either provide you with a replacement (if available) or a full refund. Please follow the return process outlined above. We will provide a prepaid shipping label in these cases.
2.7. Return Shipping Costs
For returns that are not due to our error (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
2.8. International Returns
Currently, we only accept returns from within the United States. If you are located outside of the U.S., please contact us before making a purchase as we cannot process returns from international customers.
